Welcome to the website of the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung. This website is an internal & external communication medium for all stakeholders of the Accounting Department: prospective students, students, lecturers, staff, local governments, companies, and all observers of the world of education, especially Accounting.
First of all, we would like to express our gratitude to Allah SWT, because it is by His grace and power that the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung can contribute to the nation and state of Indonesia. The Accounting Department is proud to produce graduates who can provide comprehensive solutions to academic and practical problems, related to accounting issues, both on a local and national scale. Research in the Accounting Department of FEB Unila has also achieved awards on a global scale. We present all of this to students and alumni as the nation’s next generation.
In addition, the Accounting Department continues to improve, respond and adapt to any changes in accounting science and practice in Indonesia. Educators and education staff, work hand in hand to achieve the alignment of goals and the movement to achieve the noble goals that have been proclaimed in the Vision of the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung: “To be the top three Accounting Department in Sumatra in 2025”. We always monitor the curriculum in the Accounting Department so that it is always in line with the needs of the labor market, without neglecting the content of soft skills and morals.
Students belonging to the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung are students who on average have high academic excellence. Several achievements have been achieved by Accounting students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung, both achievements on a national and international scale. There are also many alumni of the Accounting Department of FEB Unila who work as accountants and accounting staff who work at various levels of management. Currently, the number of lecturers and educators in the Accounting Department is as many as 40 people who hold masters and doctoral degrees from well-known universities from within and outside the country. There are currently 16 lecturers with doctorate degrees (40%) and 3 of them have reached functional positions as Professors. The degree for teaching staff and educators at the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung has achieved a very good predicate (at least 40% S3) from the BAN-PT assessment. Likewise, in terms of assessing the reputation and breadth of the network of lecturers in the academic and professional fields, lecturers in the Accounting Department have also reached 80% who have a reputation and wide network. This figure is also the best value in terms of reputation and network breadth. The Accounting Department will continue to improve the quality and quantity of teaching staff and educators to provide excellent service to students and the wider community.
Finally, we hope that the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung can become one of the candradimuka craters that produces the next generation of the nation who is intelligent in mind and morals, works hard, and is full of integrity, so that they can become Rahmatan Lil ‘Alamin for the universe. To all stakeholders, we ask for prayers and support and to Allah SWT we ask for His guidance and blessing.
